We had a boss time! The staff were dead sound, really made us feel welcome. Room was clean, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. Just a bit noisy at night. But overall, a proper lovely stay!

The trams outside the hotel made getting around easier.

Our stay was tarnished by unexpected cleanliness issues. We found an unwanted guest— a small friendly cockroach. the lack of essential items like a kettle set the tone for disappointment, as we had to wait for days to receive basic conveniences. It was distressing, especially considering my wife's allergies to animals, which wasn't communicated prior to our arrival.

Loved the complimentary bottle of red wine and the charming decor! The cozy vibes made our stay unforgettable.

A standout for me was the breakfast. it was a fantastic spread with fresh options available every morning. I especially enjoyed the attentive staff who kept everything tidy and well-stocked. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee machine in the room. I faced an issue with the air conditioning. it was locked at 28°C, and adjusting it didn’t help. I tried to open the window for fresh air, but the noise from the trams outside made it difficult to sleep. My bathroom could’ve used more toiletries. I received only one small towel on one of the nights. Every time I asked for assistance, it required multiple requests before receiving what I needed. These small hiccups detracted a bit from the experience, but the overall atmosphere and service kept things enjoyable.

the plaza is a fantastic hotel with friendly staff who were always ready to help us out. it's located close to the old city square, just a quick tram ride away. we really loved the breakfast, which had tons of tasty options. there's also a small fitness room with some cardio machines and free weights available.

The air conditioning left much to be desired. it was locked at a balmy 28°C, and attempts to open the window fell flat due to the clamor of trams outside. I noticed that the bathroom could’ve used more toiletries as well, and during my stay, the shower doors opened awkwardly in a way that made exiting a bit tight. For a touch of convenience, I would have welcomed a kettle in the room, given the lack of coffee and tea-making facilities, which seems standard in many places nowadays.
